Policies
Deposit - $100 from credit card on file at time of booking.
Cancellations - required 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Procedure cancellations outside of that window will have a charge of $100.
“No shows” or late arrivals past 20 minutes with no notice - your card on file will be charged the full amount of your procedure cost.
If you “no show” or late arrive with no notice more than once, service will terminated.
No refunds or reimbursements.
